Elections USA 2008

No doubt most of you who are reading this will have heard that the elections in the United States (US) are coming to a close (on tuesday, November 4th) with a decision on who is going to be their next president.

On sunday the 26th of October, Barack Obama (Democratic Party, Senator) came to a rally in Denver to speak to the crowd of an estimated 100,000.  I couldn't see the man, but it was a good experience of being in a large crowd.  He then went to Fort Collins (north of Denver) and drew a crowd of 50,000 people.  See my photos.

Colorado is one of the states that the Democrats want to win and are looking like they will - if they work hard at it.  Meanwhile, I am looking at the TV and newspapers, and I think by January 2009 the Democrats will be running the country.
